How often should you eat?

Our body is designed so that in a certain time it absorbs some amount of food or energy. And all that we have not spent (not learned), peacefully stored "in the sides." But if you feed the body in portions that will be fully assimilated, then there will be nothing to stock up. And in fact, you can eat whatever you want (within reason, of course).
“Six meals a day is much better for losing weight than the standard three, no matter how strange it may sound,” says Michel.
Look, when we eat every few hours in small portions, we get a lot more wholesome from food and also lose weight. Nevertheless, the quality of food is still important: if you eat six hamburgers a day, then you definitely will not become healthier. Do not forget to eat healthy foods, such as vegetables or fruits.

“There is nothing fundamentally new about this,” says Michel. Most people just do not understand how you can look better and eat what you want. Therefore, they torture themselves with "strange" diets or refuse to eat at all. Yes, you sometimes have to fight the temptation not to eat an extra cake, but you definitely won't be hungry.
