Auto-aggressive diseases are diseases characterized by the upbringing of antibodies that act against the tissues of the body, because of which various organs and systems are affected. Similar diseases include, for example, lupus erythematosus, pemphigus vulgaris, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, and the like.

From the point of view of Reckeweg's teachings on homotoxins, autoaggressive diseases appear due to the suppression of inflammatory processes (for example, allopathic drugs, antibiotics, anti-inflammatory agents, etc.), due to which a sudden change in the chemical composition in the connective tissue produces " Free peptides, "whose chemical structure induces autoantibody upbringing reactions (see annexes). In autoaggressive diseases, regardless of their type, step autoagemotherapy is prescribed.

Since it is through the blood that various homotoxins are transported, a drop of the patient's blood injected into the homeopathic potency will not only have these antibodies, but also the active complement, as if the serum fraction. Thus, an antihomotoxic reverse effect directed at antibodies and "antigen-antibody" reactions (the so-called "reverse complement effect") will be implemented.

On the technical details of the stepwise autohemotherapy.
Specific drugs used for stepwise autohemotherapy, are given in the book "Ordinatio antihomotoxica et materia medica" (see in the relevant diseases).
