Under this disease (Neuralgia vesicae) is understood as hyperesthesia of the bladder in combination with frequent urge to urinate and increased frequency of urination. The most common is in women.
Three stages of this disease are divided:
1. little more frequent urination;
2. Strong urge to urinate even with a small filling of the urinary bladder;
3. The same as the 2nd stage, but in combination with the tenesmus.
The cause of this disease is an increased flair and excitability of the muscle of the bladder, caused by the following factors:
1. inflammatory changes in the urethra, bladder, uterus, vagina, especially due to cystitis and urethritis;
2. psychogenic and psycho-vegetative reasons;
3. hormonal disorders with a reduced content of estrogen, especially in the climacteric period;
4. intoxication with aromatic amines, for example, aniline.
In any case, it is necessary to exclude the presence of organic diseases.
For the basic therapy of this disease, Berberis-Homaccord , Sabal-Homaccord (3 times a day for 8-10 drops of each drug) is shown.
In addition, you can prescribe 3-4 drops per day for 10 drops of Nieren-Blasentropfen S , Beruhigungstropfen (COSMOCHEMA).
These drugs have an effect on inflammation and irritation of the bladder, but it is similar with increased nervous excitability.
Depending on the specific symptoms in the schedule of therapy can be similarly included:
1. Kalium phosphoricum-Injeel (+ forte) - incontinence and hyperesthesia of the bladder;
2. Plantago major-Injeel (+ forte) - a burning sensation when urinating, bedwetting;
3. Aloe-Injeel (+ forte) - irritation of the bladder in combination with a burning sensation when urinating;
4. Conium-Injeel (+ forte) - irritations of the bladder, especially with hypertrophy of the prostate, cystitis.
These drugs can be taken together or alternately. Dosage: 2-3 times a week intramuscularly, subcutaneously in the skin or in the form of "drinking ampoules."
These drugs can be used as if for parenteral and oral therapy (in the form of "drinking ampoules"). In this case, the contents of 1-3 ampoules are diluted in a glass of water and slowly, sips with drinks during the day. For the selected suction of the oral mucosa, it is recommended to slightly delay each sip in the mouth.
