Inflammation of the external ear (eczema of the ear canal) can be caused by chronic otitis media, metabolic diseases (for example, diabetes mellitus), allergies, damages when cleaning the ear canal. The following forms of this disease are distinguished:
· "Wet" appearance in combination with painful swelling of the external auditory canal and fetid discharge;
· "Dry" form, accompanied by itching and scrounging.
In this disease, along with drug therapy may be appointed:
1. therapy with boric water and local therapy after anamnesis is clarified in case of mycosis;
2. therapy with ointments containing cortisone.
In addition, it is necessary to reduce the consumption of sugar, but it seems like to control the symbiosis of the intestine.
For basic oral therapy, the following preparations are shown:
1. Hormeel S - 3 times a day for 10-15 drops;
2. Mercurius-Heel S - 3 times a day for 1 tablet;
3. Psorinoheel - 3 times a day for 10-15 drops.
These drugs can be taken as if together, and alternately.
To remove homotoxins, the drug Lymphomyosot is shown (3 times a day for 15-20 drops).
When the disease is resistant to therapy, Tellurium -Injeel , Thuja-Injeel , Hepar sulfuris-Injeel , Cinnabaris-Injeel , Silicea-Injeel , Ductus auricularis externus suis-Injeel , Ubichinon compositum are prescribed .
If there is a history of otitis media, Otitis media-Nosode-Injeel can be prescribed (2-3 times a week for 1 ampoule for 4 weeks).
