Gout refers to the impairment of purine metabolism, accompanied by an increase in serum uric acid and the consequent effects, especially arthritis (due to urinary acid damage), uric acid deposition (eg, in the cartilage of the auricle), just like kidney damage.
In the differential diagnosis, it should be borne in mind that an increase in the uric acid content seems to be observed with an increase in the content of nucleic acid, for example, in myeloid leukemia and polycythaemia, it only seems in cases of violations of kidney activity.
Since the excretion of uric acid in conjunction with the entry of purine in food, it is recommended to consume milk, vegetables, fruits in food, not to consume products that are rich in fats, purines and calories. Animal organs, poultry, fish, legumes, spinach, asparagus, corn, rice, black bread, beer and alcohol are not recommended (due to high purine content).
For drug therapy, Lithiumeel (tablets) is indicated . Dosage: 3 times a day for 1 tablet under the tongue.
Arthritis is administered with Abropernol (tablets) and Belladonna-Homaccord (drops). In the source of therapy, these drugs are taken alternately every hour, then 2-3 times a day.
For parenteral therapy, Engystol N , Belladonna-Homaccord are indicated (alternately either in a mixture of 1-2 intramuscular or intravenous injections per week).
In typical attacks of gout, Sabina-Injeel , Colchicum-Injeel (intramuscular, intravenous or subcutaneous) are prescribed, at the source of therapy - 1 injection per day.
With a high level of uric acid, allopathic drugs are prescribed; While biological therapy will become ancillary.
