Reiter's syndrome has an infectious and allergic nature and is characterized by simultaneous presence of arthritis, conjunctivitis and urethritis. The cause of the disease are viral and bacterial infections, but similar genetic predisposition to the disease.
In a differential diagnosis, arthritis should be excluded because of gonorrhea.
For oral therapy of this disease are shown:
1. Mezereum-Homaccord - 3 times a day for 8-10 drops;
2. Oculoheel - 3 times a day for 1 tablet;
3. Traumeel S - 3 times a day for 1 tablet.
These drugs can be taken as if together, and alternately.
With rheumatism, the schedule of therapy can additionally include Rhododendroneel S (drops), but with dysuria - Berberis-Homaccord (drops).
For parenteral therapy, Traumeel S , Mezereum-Homaccord are indicated (alternately 2-4 days later intramuscularly or subcutaneously). In arthritis, Zeel P is similar, but with eye irritations, Kalmia-Injeel .
With Reiter's syndrome caused by infections, nosodes can be administered, for example, Bacterium coli-Injeel , Bacterium lactis aerogenes-Injeel , Bacterium proteus-Injeel , Medorrhinum-Injeel , Salmonella typhi-Injeel .
For more information on nosode therapy, see the appendix.
