Sudek syndrome refers to the disease of bones and soft tissues of the vegetative-dystrophic limbs, which is a consequence of a fracture and is caused by disorders of neurovegetative activity and disorders of the local circulation.
There are three stages in the development of this disease. The first is characterized by reddening and swelling of the skin in combination with local decalcification of the bone; The other - weakening of blood circulation in combination with cyanosis, trophic disorders and mobility restriction; The third - atrophy and rigidity of the joints.
In any case, it is necessary to exclude the abrupt course of the affected limbs, as this can lead to complication of the disease.
For the therapy of the first stage of the disease are shown:
1. Traumeel S - 3 times a day for 1 tablet;
2. Arnica-Heel - 3 times a day for 5 drops;
3. Rhododendroneel S - 3 times a day for 5 drops.
With soft tissue edema, Apis-Homaccord (drops) and Lymphomyosot (droplets) are prescribed .
Additionally, parenteral therapy with Traumeel S , Rhododendron - Injeel , Circulo-Injeel is indicated . The first 3-4 days of injection (intramuscular and subcutaneous) are performed alternately with intervals per day. Then intervals between the injections gradually increase so that the dosage of each drug is 1 injection per week.
For the therapy of the second and third stages, Osteoheel S (tablets), Galium-Heel (drops), Cruroheel S (tablets), Arsuraneel (tablets) are additionally prescribed .
And the schedule of therapy can include suis-organ preparations Funiculus umbilicalis suis-Injeel (embryonic connective tissue), Musculus suis-Injeel , Os suis-Injeel , Medulla ossis suis-Injeel , Glandula parathyreoidea suis-Injeel , Sympathicus suis-Injeel . Dosage: 1 intramuscular injection of the selected drugs (in combination with Traumeel S ) per week for 4-5 weeks. After a month's break, the course of therapy can be repeated.
Since at another stage of the disease the main symptom is circulatory disorders, additionally prescribed drugs Aesculus compositum , Placenta compositum . It seems that Coenzyme compositum is shown to activate cellular respiration. Dosage: 1-3 intramuscular injection of a mixture of these drugs per week.
