Chloramine b

A white or slightly yellowish powder with a faint smell of chlorine. Soluble in water, alcohol, contains 25-29% of active chlorine. Has an antiseptic effect. Applied in the treatment of infected wounds (washing, wetting tampons and napkins 1-2% solutions), disinfection of hands (0.25-0.5%), and disinfection of non-metallic tools. To disinfect the objects of care and discharge during typhoid fever, paratyphoid, cholera and other infections of the intestinal group and in case of drip infections (scarlet fever, diphtheria, influenza, etc.) 1-2-3% solutions are used, with tuberculosis infection - 5%.
