Chronic ulcerative pyoderma

Characterized by the presence on the skin of the shins and the rear of the feet of multiple painful ulcers, merged with each other, at the bottom of which are visible purulent and necrotic masses, sluggish granulations. The edges of the ulcer are slightly raised above the level of healthy skin, slightly infiltrated.
Treatment consists in the use of restorative drugs, vitamin therapy, nonspecific immunotherapy. Outwardly shown: the treatment of ulcers with hydrogen peroxide, in the following - drugs that accelerate scarring: ointments "Vulnuzan", "Solcoseryl", etc. A thorough examination of the patient and the appointment of corrective drugs are recommended.
