Nitric acid

Symptoms: pains and burns of the lips, mouth, throat, esophagus, stomach. Yellow color of the oral mucosa. Vomiting yellowish bloody masses. Difficulty swallowing. Soreness and bloating. In the urine protein and blood. In severe cases, collapse and loss of consciousness.
First aid: gastric lavage, burnt magnesia or lime water after 5 minutes for 1 tablespoon. Abundant drink of water, ice water, milk (glasses), raw eggs, raw egg white, fats and oils, mucous decoctions.
