Papulonekrotic tuberculosis of the skin

Occurs mainly in girls and young women. Dense, semi-spherical, isolated papules of pinkish-blue color, ranging from millet grains to peas, are located in the thickness of the forearms, shins, thighs, less often the trunk and face. In the center of the papule a foci of necrosis is found, gradually drying out into a brownish or dirty gray color.
After healing, depressed, as if "stamped" scars remain. The disease is prone to relapse in the fall and winter time.
