Medication Description: Etadenum
ETADEN (Etadenum). 8- (2-Hydroxyethyl) amino-adenine hydrobromide, hydrate.
White with a yellowish sheen crystalline powder.
Etaden, like other purine derivatives, is involved in nucleic acid metabolism.
When administered parenterally, the drug stimulates reparative processes in the epithelial and hematopoietic tissues. Participates in the metabolism of nucleic acids.
Used to stimulate reparative processes (in adults) with gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, thermal and radiation lesions of the skin, leukopenia, due to radiation and drug treatment, non-healing granulating wounds.
Enter intramuscularly at 0.1 g (10 ml of 1% solution) 1 - 2 times a day. The duration of treatment depends on the nature and course of the disease.
For lesions of the bladder, you can enter into its cavity.
The drug is contraindicated in acute and chronic leukemia, cardiac conduction disturbances, allergic conditions, and individual intolerance.
Product form: 1% solution in 5 ml ampoules in a package of 5 pieces.
