Description of the drug: Aloe liquid extract for injection (Extractum Aloes fluidum pro injectionibus)
EXTRACT ALOE LIQUID FOR INJECTION (Extractum Aloes fluidum pro injectionibus).
Aqueous extract of canned (aged at low temperature in the dark) fresh or dried aloe leaves (Аlоe aborescens).
Liquid (sterile) from light yellow to brownish-red color with a weak fruity odor; pH 5, 0 - 6, 8.
Applied with a number of eye diseases (progressive myopia, myopic chorioretinitis, blepharitis, conjunctivitis, keratitis, iritis, clouding of the vitreous body, etc.), as well as in gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer and other diseases.
Under the skin daily 1 ml (maximum daily dose of 1 - 4 ml); children under 5 years old 0.2 - 0.3 ml, older than 5 years old 0.5 ml. The course of treatment consists of 30 - 50 injections. When painful injections, pre-injected with 0.5 ml of 2% solution of novocaine. Repeated courses of treatment are carried out after a 2 - 3 month break.
Sometimes used for bronchial asthma. Injected under the skin for 10 - 15 days 1, 0 - 1, 5 ml daily, and then 1 time in 2 days; a total of 30 - 35 injections per course.
The drug is contraindicated in severe cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, pregnancy, acute gastrointestinal disorders, advanced forms of nephrosonephritis.
Product: in 1 ml ampoules in a package of 10 ampoules.
Storage: protected from light.
The drug may contain turbidity, which during storage precipitates; by shaking the ampoule, the precipitate turns into a uniform turbidity.
