The drug has a selective depressing effect on the replication of certain viruses.

Applied in ophthalmic practice as a local antiviral agent in keratitis caused by the virus Neprés simplex or vaccinia (see also Poludan).

Assign in the form of 0.1% solution. Bury 2 drops in the conjunctival sac every hour during the day and every 2 hours at night.
