Description medications: Adapromin (Adaprominum)

ADAPROMIN (Adaprominum). a propyl-1-adamantyl-ethylamine hydrochloride.

White crystalline powder with a specific smell. It is soluble in alcohol.

On chemical structure similar to adapromin rimantadine.

As Antiviral activity is also close to rimantadine, but is effective against influenza viruses A and B.

Assign an adult, for the treatment and prevention (during epidemics) of influenza.

Is inside after eating. As a therapeutic agent, administered at the first sign of disease 0.2 g 1 daily for 4 days. For prevention give 0.1 g of 1 times a day every day for 5 days, and the appearance of new cases - for 10 days.

In some cases, possible diarrheal phenomenon, allergic skin reactions.

Indications are the same as for rimantadine.

Product: tablets of 0.05 g (Tabulettae Adapromini 0,05) white with a yellowish tint in a package of 20 pieces.
