One tablet corresponds to 15 ml (1 tablespoon) 3% solution of hydrogen peroxide. To obtain a solution corresponding to about 1% hydrogen peroxide solution dissolved in 2 tablets of 100 ml of water.

Mouthrinse and throat dissolve one tablet in a glass of water (0.25% hydrogen peroxide).
