5-Allyl-1-methyl-5- (1-methyl-2-pentenyl) -barbituric acid.

Means for intravenous anesthesia of ultrashort action. It is used for introductory anesthesia, general anesthesia for short-term surgical interventions, painful diagnostic (endoscopic) procedures.
Enter a jet in the form of 1% solution (at a rate of 1 ml / s), drip - in the form of 0.2% solution (1 drop per 1 s).
The dose for adults for anesthesia is 1 - 1.5 mg / kg (average for adults ~ 70 mg). Anesthesia with this dose lasts 5 - 7 minutes. To maintain anesthesia, enter as a drip infusion.
Product: 0.5 g (500 mg) in vials. Dissolving is carried out ex tempore with water for injection.
