Assign inside and intramuscularly. In parkinsonism taken orally, starting with 0.05 g (50 mg), 1 per day; with little effect and good tolerability of gradually increasing the dose to 0.15 - 0.25 g per day (3 to 4 admission). Administered intramuscularly to 0.01 - 0.02 g (10 -20 mg = 1 - 2 ml of 1% solution) 2 - 3 times a day. If necessary increase dose to 0.1 grams per day (1 ml of 5% solution, 2 times a day).
