Memoplant.

Standardized dry extract from the leaves of the ginkgo biloba plant (Ginkgo biloba). Contains flavonglicosides, terpene lactones (ginkgolides and bilobalide) and other extractives.

The drug has a variety of pharmacological activities: improves rheological properties of blood (inhibits aggregation and adhesion of erythrocytes and platelets) and microcirculation; Has antihypoxic and antioxidant effects; Inhibits development and accelerates the resolution of traumatic and toxic edema of brain tissue; Improves memory and learning ability. There is evidence of a decrease in cholinergic neurotransmission observed in the central nervous system under the influence of a memolet.

When ingested well absorbed; Cmax is 1.5 h, T1 / 2 is 4.5 h.

The drug is slightly toxic.

Assigned to adults with CNS diseases associated with impaired metabolic processes and cerebral circulation, especially in elderly and senile people, including dementia in the background of Alzheimer's disease or as a result of stroke. They are also used to improve memory and concentration in young people (over 12 years old).

The drug is contraindicated in vestibular disorders and noise in the ears, caused by the pathology of the inner ear, with diabetic and senile retinopathies.

There are data on the effectiveness of the memo in patients with obliterating diseases of the peripheral arteries (intermittent claudication, Raynaud's disease).

Apply inside (regardless of food intake).
