Has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.
Bioavailability is 90%, Cmax is 2-3 hours, T1 / 2 is 17 hours; Undergoes biotransformation in the liver, is secreted mainly by the kidneys in the form of metabolites.
Applied with osteoarthritis and acute pain syndrome (dysmenorrhea, with dental and orthopedic operations).
Assign inside of 0.0125-0.05 g (12.5-50 mg) 1 time per day.
Possible side effects: dyspepsia, bronchitis, drowsiness, hallucinations, increased blood pressure, rarely - ulcerogenic effect, peripheral edema, asthenia.
