Medication Description: Carbaldrate
Sodium salt of carbonate dihydroxyaluminium.
Synonyms: Alugastrin, Alugastrin, Compensan, Alugastrin, Compensan.
It has antacid, astringent, enveloping properties.
When ingested on the surface of the gastric mucosa forms a uniform protective film and has a cytoprotective effect.
Applied with gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, esophagitis and duodenitis.
Accept inside (for Ѕ-1 h before food and before going to bed) 1-2 teaspoons of suspension or the contents of 1-2 sachets (5 or 10 ml) with a small amount of warm boiled water or without it.
Possible side effects: dyspeptic symptoms (constipation occurs rarely).
Method of production: 6.8% suspension for oral administration in 5 and 10 ml bags and in bottles of 150 and 250 ml; pill for sucking 0.34 g
