Meclozine.

1 - [(4-Chlorophenyl) phenylmethyl] -4 - [(3-methylphenyl) methyl] piperazine.

Synonym: Bonin, Bonine.

Powder of white and yellow color. Poorly soluble in water, soluble in alcohol and dichloromethane.

The chemical structure is similar to cetirizine (see).

The blocker of H 1 -gistaminovyh receptors. It has weak anticholinergic properties. Has antiemetic effect.

Applied for the prevention and relief of nausea, vomiting, dizziness (including sea and air sickness, Meniere's syndrome), as well as allergic reactions of immediate type.
