Description of the medicine: Pyloride (Pylorid)

PYLORIDE.

Synonym: Ranitidine bismuth citrate, Ranitidine bismuth citrate.

Complex combination of ranitidine and bismuth citrate.

It has antisecretory, astringent (cytoprotective) and antibacterial (against Helicobacter pylori) action.

Applied with peptic ulcer of stomach and duodenum, active chronic gastroduodenitis and in the presence of Helicobacter pylori (in combination with clarithromycin or amoxicillin).

Assign inside by 0.4 g 2 times a day for 4-8 weeks; In combination with the above antibiotics for 1-2 weeks, then in monotherapy for 2-4 weeks. For maintenance therapy do not apply.

Possible side effects: tremor, dizziness, sleep disorder, depression, hallucinations, chest pains, dyspepsia, arthralgia, myalgia, anemia, leukocytopenia, agranulocytosis, etc.

The drug is contraindicated in renal failure, pregnancy and lactation.

Form release: tablets of 0.4 g (N. 14, 28).
