Description of the medicine: Dimethicone (Dimeticone)
Synonyms: Polysilan, Zeolate, Ceolat, Polisilan.
The structure differs from simethicone in the absence of silicon dioxide.
In action and application it is close to simethicone.
Assign 1-2 chewable tablets daily after meals and at bedtime; in preparation for diagnostic procedures for the gastrointestinal tract, 2 tablets 3-4 times a day.
May cause an allergic reaction.
Method of release: chewable tablets of 0.08 g (N. 10, 20); 15% gel for oral administration in bags (sachets) of 15 g and tubes of 170 g.
