Medication Description: Dimeticone (Dimeticone)
Synonyms: Polysilan, Zeolat, Ceolat, Polisilan.
The structure differs from simethicone in the absence of silicon dioxide.
By action and application close to simethicone.
Assign 1-2 chewable tablets a day after meals and before bedtime; in preparation for diagnostic procedures on the gastrointestinal tract 2 tablets 3-4 times a day.
May cause allergic reactions.
Method of production: chewable tablets of 0.08 g (N. 10, 20); 15% gel for oral administration in bags (sachets), 15 g each and tubes of 170 g each.
