Medication Description: Alclometasone (Alclometasone)
(7α, 11β, 16α) -7-Chloro-11,17,21-trioxy-16-methylpregna-1,4-diene-3,20-dione.
Synonyms: Alklovat, Afloderm, Afloderm.
Glucocorticosteroid for topical use.
It is prescribed for dermatitis (atopic, contact), chronic dermatosis, psoriasis, urticaria, skin itch in allergic diseases.
Apply a thin layer to the affected skin, gently rubbing, 2-3 times a day.
Side effects (burning, itching, redness, dry skin, etc.) are rare.
The drug is contraindicated in chickenpox, perioral dermatitis.
Method of issuance: 0.05% ointment and cream in tubes of 20 and 40 g.
