GIMEKROMON (Hymecromone).

7-Hydroxy-4-methylcoumarin.

Synonym: Odeston, Odeston.

Like some other coumarin, it has a choleretic effect and also has antispasmodic activity (relaxes the muscles of the biliary tract).

Apply with biliary dyskinesia rods, cholangitis, cholecystitis, cholelithiasis.

Accepted inside (before eating) for 0.2-0.4 g 3 times a day. The course of treatment 10-14 days.

Contraindicated in acute diseases, obstruction of the biliary tract, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer with bleeding.
