Apply for diabetes mellitus type II.

Assign inside (before meals), starting with 0.0005 g (0.5 mg) 3 times a day, increasing the dose depending on the glycemia no earlier than 1-2 weeks. The maximum single and daily doses are 0.004 and 0.016 g (4 and 16 mg), respectively. Can be combined with metformin.

Possible side effects: hypoglycemic reactions, dyspepsia, visual acuity.
