Tibolon.

(7α, 17α) -17-oxy-7-methyl-19-norpregn-5 (10) -en-20-yn-3-one.

Synonym: Livial, Livial.

Has estrogenic, gestagenic and weak androgenic effect.

Applied with menopause and osteoporosis, associated with estrogen deficiency.

Assign inside (not liquid) to 0,0025 g (2,5 mg) 1 time per day for 3 months.

Possible side effects: swelling of the feet, dizziness, headache, dyspepsia, seborrhea, depression, atralgia, myalgia, migraine, visual impairment.

The drug is contraindicated in hormone-dependent tumors, cardiovascular diseases, bleeding of unclear etiology, severe liver disease, pregnancy and breast-feeding.

Form release: tablets of 0.0025 grams (2.5 mg) (N. 28).
