Medication Description: Tibolon
(7α, 17α) -17-Oxy-7-methyl-19-norpregn-5 (10) -ene-20-yn-3-one.
Synonym: Livial, Livial.
It has estrogenic, progestogenic and weak androgenic effect.
Applied with menopause and osteoporosis associated with estrogen deficiency.
Assign inside (without chewing) to 0.0025 g (2.5 mg) 1 time per day for 3 months.
Possible side effects: edema of the feet, dizziness, headache, dyspepsia, seborrhea, depression, atralgia, myalgia, migraine, blurred vision.
The drug is contraindicated in hormone-dependent tumors, cardiovascular diseases, bleeding of unknown etiology, severe liver disease, pregnancy and breastfeeding.
