Inside apply to 0.001-0.002 g (1-2 mg) 1 time per day (with prostate cancer 3 times a day).

The gel is applied to 0.5-1.5 g (0.5-1.5 mg estradiol) on the skin of the anterior wall of the abdomen or buttocks 1 time per day, patch - 2 times a week.
