AMINOSILIL (Aminosteril).

A solution of levorotatory isomers of amino acids for parenteral nutrition.

Produced by different firms with additional designations: Aminosteryl II, Aminosteril III, Aminosteryl KE 10%, Aminostyril KE Nephro, Carbohydrate, Aminosteril N-Gepa, etc .; They differ in the total content of amino acids and, accordingly, in terms of the total nitrogen content and the protein index, according to the content of "additives" (L-malic acid, glacial acetic acid, etc.).

Indications for the use of aminostearyl II and III are basically the same as in hydrolysine (aminostearyl II at a rate of 2 ml / kg per hour and aminostearyl III in a daily dose of 1-2 liters).

Aminosteril N-Gepa is prescribed for hepatic insufficiency (5% solution in a dose of 1.7-2.1 ml / kg per hour and 8% - 1-1.25 ml / kg per hour), and aminostearil KE Nephro is carbohydrate - with renal Insufficiency (up to 250 ml per 70 kg of body weight).

Aminosteril II is contraindicated in severe hepatic and acute renal failure.

Form release: solution for infusion in vials of 100, 250, 500 and 1000 ml.
