Description of the medicine: Arteparon (Arteparon)

ARTEPARON.

Mucopolysaccharide polyester of sulfuric acid.

The structure and effect has a similarity with chondroitinsulfuric acid (see Honsurid). Inhibits enzymes that cause damage to cartilaginous tissue, improves its trophism, promotes the formation of intra-articular fluid.

Apply for arthrosis of the knee joint, joints of the fingers, chondropathy of the kneecap.

Enter slowly deep into the gluteus muscle 1 ml (5% solution) 2 times a week for 7-8 weeks (a total of 15 injections). If necessary, the courses are repeated after 3 months. It is possible (for maintenance therapy) to conduct several injections at intervals of 1 week.

Intra-articularly inject 0.5-1 ml 2 times a week (at intervals of 3-4 days) for 3-5 weeks.

Possible side effects: headache, increased sweating, tachycardia, itching, rash, hemorrhages in the skin, in rare cases - anaphylactic shock.

To determine the individual tolerance, you should enter an intramuscular "test" dose of 0.3 ml before the start of treatment.

The drug is contraindicated in cases of hemorrhagic diathesis, acute period of myocardial infarction, severe arterial hypertension, diabetes mellitus, violations of liver and kidney function, ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract, pregnancy.

Do not appoint children under 15 years.

Form release: 5% solution for injection in ampoules of 1 ml.
