LIPOVENOSIS (Lipovenos).
Emulsion (10% and 20%), in 1 liter of which contains fractionated soybean seed oil, respectively 100 and 200 g, linoleic acid (20%) 87.5-117.2 g, linolenic acid (20%) 9-22 g, Glycerol by 25 g, lecithin 6 and 12 g, sodium oleate 0.15 and 0.3 g.
Introduce intravenously 1-2 grams of fat per 1 kg of body weight per day at a rate of 0.125 g of fat per 1 kg of body weight per hour.
Possible side effects are basically the same as those of intralipid and lipofundin.
The drug is contraindicated in hemorrhagic diathesis, violation of fat metabolism, collapse, shock, acute myocardial infarction, stroke, coma, hypokalemia, in the first trimester of pregnancy.
Form release: 10% and 20% emulsion for infusions in bottles of 100, 250 and 500 ml.
