Description of the medicine: Acelisin (Acelysinum)

ACEVELINE (Acelysinum).

A mixture of DL-lysine acetylsalicylate and glycine in a ratio of 9: 1.

White crystalline powder. Easily soluble in water.

Has the pharmacological properties of acetylsalicylic acid - anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antipyretic, antiaggregant activity.

It is used intramuscularly and intravenously.

Produced in crystalline form in 1-g. Bottles. Before use, the contents of the vial are dissolved in 5 ml of water for injection, shaken until a uniform solution is obtained. In 5 ml of solution contains 0.5 g of acetylsalicylic acid.

As an anesthetic is used in postoperative, post-traumatic, rheumatic pains, with oncological diseases, etc.

As an antipyretic agent used for hyperthermia of infectious, cerebral origin, in the postoperative period.

It is also used as an antiaggregant.

As an anesthetic, 5 to 10 ml is administered 1 to 3 times a day. The course of treatment is 3 to 10 days. For preoperative analgesia, inject 30 minutes before surgery. If necessary, you can inject up to 100 ml per day. To reduce body temperature, 5-10 ml 1 - 2 times a day are administered.

Storage: in the dark place at a temperature of + 4 - 10 C. Storage of the finished solution is allowed no more than 30 minutes; Further activity decreases.

A preparation of acetylin for oral administration has also been developed.

Acelisin for drinking (Acelysinum pro potionis). Yellow granules in a mixture with white and yellow powder in packages containing acetylsin 0.2 g, sugar 1, 4 g, essence citric food and dye (total weight 1, 62 g).

Before use, dissolve the contents of the packet in warm boiled water.
