Assign intramuscularly and topically.

In acute hepatitis B intramuscularly injected 1,000,000 IU 2 times a day for 5-6 days, then - once a day for 5 days, if necessary continue to be administered 2 times a week for another 2 weeks. The exchange rate of 15 000 000 - 21 000 000 IU.

In acute prolonged and chronic hepatitis B, 1 000 000 IU is administered 2 times a week for 2-6 weeks.

In chronic active hepatitis D without signs of liver cirrhosis, 500,000-1,000,000 IU are administered twice a week for 1 month; Repeated course after 1-6 months.

In chronic active hepatitis B and D with signs of cirrhosis, 250,000 to 500,000 IU are administered twice a week for 1 month.

For stromal keratitis and keratoconjunctivitis, subconjunctival 60,000 IU (in 0.5 ml of solvent) are injected daily or every other day (15-25 injections), or 2 drops are injected first 6-8 times, then 3-4 times a day for 2 Ned.

Possible side effects: "flu-like" syndrome, exacerbation of cardiovascular diseases, agranulocytosis, thrombocytopenia.
