Description drugs: Long-acting formulations of theophylline ()

Sustained-release theophylline DOSAGE FORMS.

Theophylline is a major component of aminophylline (cm.), Is a part some combination tablets - teofedrina H (see below.), And containing 0.25 m and 0.025 g of theophylline diphenhydramine. Sometimes prepare ex tempore combination of theophylline with diphenhydramine, ephedrine, and other inflammatory drugs. Recently, theophylline steel combined with modern bronchodilators drugs. Notes. 1. Previously issued "Teofedrin" tablets contain paracetamol instead of phenacetin. In connection with the exception of the range of medicines phenacetin (due to side effects) created "Teofedrin N" (new), which replaced phenacetin paracetamol.
