Description medications: niflumic acid (Acidum nifluminicum)

Niflumic acid (Acidum nifluminicum). 2- [3- (trifluoromethyl) anilino] nicotinic acid.

Synonyms: Donalgin, Acidum niflumicum, Artricid, Dimepon, Donalgin, Dontalgan, Felalgyl, Flaminor, Forenol, Inflaril, Niduran, Niflamol, Nifluran, Niflux, Panreumal, Pefamexan and others.

The chemical structure and pharmacological properties similar to the drug mefenamic acid. It has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect. A somewhat more active than mefenamic acid.

Indications and contraindications are the same as for other NSAIDs.

Assign inside of 0.25 g - 1 capsule 2 - 3 times a day, during or directly after a meal (optionally up to four capsules per day).

The drug should not be administered in the first 3 months of pregnancy.
