Description medications: Hinolitin (Chinotilinum)

HINOLITIN (Chinotilinum).

Bis ~ -hinoliniyetilovogo ether) succinic acid diiodide.

Synonym: Hinotilin.

Yellow or greenish yellow crystalline powder. It is soluble in water and alcohol.

It has elements of structural similarity with oksazilom.

Has anticholinesterase action. More active than Neostigmine. It has an antagonistic action at the neuromuscular block, the called antidepolyarizuyuschego kurarepodobnymi drugs (d-tubocurarine, etc.).

Apply to remove the residual antidepolyarizuyuschego block of neuromuscular transmission. Administered intravenously at 2 - 4 mg (4 - 8 ml of a 0.05% solution or a 1 - 2 ml of 0.2% solution). Pre-injected into the vein of atropine. For a sustainable recovery of neuromuscular conduction is recommended together with hinotilinom administered small doses (0.5 mg) of neostigmine.

Possible side effects and contraindications are the same as in the application of neostigmine.

Product: 0.05% and 0.2% solution in 2 ml ampoules in a package of 10 and 50 ampoules.
