Dimenhydrinate (Dimenhydrinatum) *. 8-b Hlorteofillinat dimethylamino-ethyl benzhydrol (diphenhydramine).

Cinonimy: Dedalon, Dedalon, Adrasine, Anausin, Anautin, Andramine, Antemin, Antivomit, Aviomarin, Chloranautine, Daldalon, Diphenhydramintheoclat, Dramamin, Dramyl, Emedyl, Marevit, Menhydrinate, Nauseal, Permital, Teodramin, Travelin, Vertirosan, Vomidrine and others.

Available in tablets of 0.05 g (50 mg) in a package of 10 pieces.

Apply for the prevention and relief of the manifestations of sea and air sickness, nausea and vomiting of various origins, in Meniere's disease, and others.

Assign inside (before food), depending on the patient of 0.05 - 0.1 g (1 - 2 tablets) 4 - 6 times a day. For the prevention of air and sea sickness appoint 1 - 2 tablets half an hour before boarding an aircraft or ship.

Possible side effects: dry mouth, drowsiness, disturbance of accommodation. These effects are eliminated by reducing the dose. Storage: List B.
