Rhizomes and roots of burnet (Rhizomata cum radicibus Sanguisorbae).

Collected in autumn, well washed, dried rhizomes and roots of wild burnet (Sanguisorba officinalis L.), herewith. Rosaceae (Rosaceae).

Contain tannins, vitamin C and others.

Apply herbal teas and liquid extract of burnet (Ehtractum Sanguisorbae fluidum) (70% alcohol) as an astringent in diarrhea, sometimes as a hemostatic agent in uterine bleeding.

One tablespoon of the cut roots pour a glass of boiling water, boil for 30 minutes, cool, filter; drink 1 tablespoon June 5 times a day.
