LEAVE THE WATCH OF THREE-LEAF (Folia Menyanthidis trifoliata).

Synonyms: Leaf shamrock, Trifolium leaf (Folium Trifolii fibrini).

Collected after flowering and dried leaves of the wild-growing perennial grassy plant of the triple-leaf watch (Meunanthes trifolia L.), family. Shifts (Mennanthaceae).

It grows in the European part of our country, in the Transcaucasus and Siberia along the swamps, banks of rivers and lakes. Contains glycosides, flavonoids (rutin, etc. - not less than 1%) and other substances.

They are used as a means to excite appetite and cholagogue in the form of infusion or tea. Brew 2 teaspoons in a glass of boiling water, filter, cool and take 1/4 cup 2 - 3 times a day for 20 30 minutes before meals. It is part of cholagogue tea and bitter tincture.
