Vipraxin is usually administered intradermally to the area of ​​the diseased organ - to the place of greatest soreness. The initial dose is 0.2 ml. After the disappearance of the local and general reaction, but no earlier than 3 days later, repeat the injection, increasing the dose by 0.1 ml. In the case of a strong local reaction after the previous injection, repeat the introduction of the previous dose. In young patients with a general good condition, the initial dose of vipraxin can be increased to 0.3 - 0.4 ml; In such patients it is possible to reduce the interval between injections, producing them, however, not more often than after 24 hours.
