Description of medicine: Shoots of wild marsh tea (Cormus Ledi palustris)
RUNNING BAGULAR'S BOUGHTIC (Cormus Ledi palustris).
Collected in August - September in the phase of ripening of the fruits and dried shoots of the current year of wild evergreen wild rosemary (Ledum palustre L.), heather (Erisaseae).
They contain essential oils (not less than 0.1%), glycoside (arbutin), and tannic substances. The main component of the essential oil is palustrol, which has a sharp peculiar smell.
Apply (in adults) as an expectorant for bronze hits and other bronchopulmonary diseases, accompanied by cough.
Assign as an infusion of 1/4 - 1/3 cup 2 - 3 times a day.
The method of preparation is the same as for other infusions: 10 g of ground shoots are placed in an enameled bowl, filled with 1 cup of cold boiled water, covered with a lid, heated in boiling water (water bath) for 15 minutes, cooled at room temperature, filtered , the remaining raw material is pressed. Bring the volume of boiled water to 200 ml. Take in the form of heat.
Release form: the crushed raw materials in cardboard packs on 75 or 100 g
Storage: in a dry, cool place; cooked infusion - in a cool place for no more than 2 days.
From the shoots of wild rosemary marsh, an antitussive drug Ledin is prepared (see). The raw materials for the production of ice should contain at least 0.7% of essential oil.
