Description of the medicine: Flowers of the immortelle sandy (Flores Helichrysi arenarii)
Floral Helicrysi arenarii FLOWERS.
Collected by the blossoming of flowers and dried baskets of a perennial perennial immortelle (cumin) of sandy plants - Helichrysum arenarium (L.), Moench., Sem. Asteroids (Asteraceae), growing on sandy soils of Ukraine, the North Caucasus. Effective principles: flavones (not less than 6%), bitter, tannins, sterols, essential oils, etc.
Applied as a decoction and a dry extract as a cholagogue for cholelithiasis, chronic cholecystitis and hepatitis, dyskinesia of the biliary tract. They are part of cholagogue collection.
Decoction of 10 grams per 250 ml of water is taken in a warm form for 1/2 cup 2 - 3 times a day.
Product: in a package of 50 grams in cardboard packs.
Extract of immortelle dry (Extractum florum Helichrysi arenaril siccum). Granular powder containing an extract from the flowers of the immortelle in a mixture with milk sugar (1 part of the preparation corresponds to 4 parts of the flowers of the immortelle).
Assign 1 g 3 times a day. The average duration of treatment is 2 to 3 weeks.
Product: in a package of 10 g.
There are also granules of immortelle flowers of sand: 2 g of granules (9 - 10 pieces) are poured with a glass of hot water, brought to a boil with the lid closed on low heat, insist in a warm place for 30 minutes, cooled and filtered.
Take 1/2 cup 2 times a day for 30 minutes before meals.
Cholagogue collection (Species cholagogae).
Composition: immortelle flowers of sandy 4 parts, trefoil leaves 3 parts, peppermint leaves 2 parts, coriander fruits 2 parts. One tablespoon is brewed with 2 cups of boiling water, insist 20 minutes, filter. Take 1/2 cup 3 times a day for 30 minutes before meals.
Collection choleretic N 2 (Species cholagogae N 2).
Ingredients: immortelle flowers of sandy 4 parts, herb or yarrow leaves 2 parts, peppermint leaves 2 parts, coriander fruits 2 parts.
The method of application is the same as the collection of cholagogue.
