Pregnant give at the beginning 0.5 mg (1 tablet), then every hour - 0.5 mg, and in case of insufficient effect - 1 mg (2 tablets); In the future, depending on the establishment of regular labor in its nature - 0.5-1.0 mg (the maximum dose of 1, 5 mg) at an interval of 1 hour until the moment of delivery.

The drug is also administered intravenously. To stimulate and stimulate labor, a solution containing 1, 5 μg per ml of isotonic sodium chloride solution or 5% glucose solution is injected at a rate corresponding to 250 ng (0.25 μg) per minute.
