It is also used for arresting psychomotor agitation and anxiety agitation for these diseases.

In children's psychoneurological practice, sibazone is prescribed for neurotic and neurosis-like conditions, accompanied by the phenomena listed above, as well as headaches, enuresis, mood disorders and behavior.

Sibazon is used in epilepsy for the treatment of convulsive paroxysms, mental equivalents, for the arrest of epileptic status. In connection with the muscle relaxant effect, the drug is also used for various spastic conditions.

In combination with other drugs prescribe sibazone for the treatment of alcohol withdrawal syndrome.

In anesthesia practice it is used for preoperative preparation of patients.
