Description of the medicine: Lactin (Lactinum)
A hormonal drug obtained from the anterior pituitary gland of cattle and small cattle. For medical use, Lactinum for injection (Lactinum pro injectionibus) is available - a sterile white lyophilized powder in bottles containing 100 or 200 units of the drug.
The drug has the ability to stimulate lactation in the postpartum period.
Apply with insufficient allocation of milk in the postpartum period.
Intramuscularly administered at 70 - 100 units 1 - 2 times a day for 5 - 6 days. Dissolve the drug in 2 to 4 ml of sterile water for injection.
Contraindicated with a tendency to allergic reactions.
Release form: on 100 and 200 PIECES in bottles with a capacity of 5 ml, corked by rubber stoppers and pressed out by aluminum caps, in a package of 5 bottles.
Storage: in a dry, dark place at a temperature of + 15 to + 20 C.
