Description medications: gliquidone (Gliquidone)

Gliquidone (Gliquidone). 1-Cyclohexyl-3- [couple [2- (3, 4-dihydro-7-methoxy-4, 4- dimetil1, 3-dioxo-2 (1H) -izohinolil) ethyl] phenyl] -sulfonilmochevina.

Synonyms: Glyurenorm, Glurenor, Glurenorm.

According to the structure and action close to glyburide and glipizide.

Assign the inside, starting from 0.015 g (15 mg, tablets or 1/2) 1 times a day (morning), with a gradual increase in the dose of 15 mg (1.2 tablets), optionally up to 120 mg (4 tablets) per day. At doses above 45 mg per day taken in the morning and 1 - 1 5 - 2 tablets in the evening for 1/2 - 1 - 1 5 - 2 tablets (depending on the total daily dose).

Indications, contraindications and precautions are the same as for glibenclamide and other sulfonylureas.
