Silabolinum.

Estren-4-ol-17 b -one-3 trimethylsilyl ether.

White with a creamy hue of crystalline powder. Almost nerastvorim in the water. Difficultly soluble in alcohol.

Silabolin has a prolonged anabolic effect. After a single injection, the effect lasts 10 to 14 days. The drug has a slight androgenic activity.

Indications for use are the same as for other anabolic steroids.

Enter intramuscularly in the form of an oily solution. The dose is calculated based on the weight of the patient's body. For adults, it is 1, 0 - 1, 5 mg / kg per month, for children - not more than 1 mg / kg per month. The monthly dose is divided into equal parts and administered every 7 or 14 days (in 4 or 2 divided doses). Treatment lasts for 1 to 2 months. If necessary, repeat courses of treatment (with interruptions of 1 month).

In case of drug overdose, the phenomenon of virilization is possible in women. In these cases, interruptions between courses of treatment are increased or the dose is reduced.

Form release: 2, 5% or 5% solution in oil (a clear, oily liquid of light yellow color) in ampoules of 1 ml in a package of 10 ampoules.
