PANTENOL (Panthenol) *. (+) 2, 4-Dioxy-N- (3-hydroxy-propyl) -3, 3-dimethylbutyramide.
Synonyms: Bepanthen, Bepantol, Pantenyl, Pantevit Pantonyl, etc.
Is a derivative of pantothenic acid. It is produced in the form of an aerosol and is used as an external means to accelerate the healing of wounds, with burns, cracks, trophic ulcers, dermatitis and other lesions of the skin.
Drug irrigate the affected area with a distance of 10 - 20 cm for 1 s, adjusting the thickness of the foam layer. The affected area is treated 3-4 times a day. Before use, the bottle is shaken vigorously.
Product form: in aluminum cylinders (140 g each) with a spray head.
Storage: in a cool place away from fire.
